The Reds

I really thought that I would get through the winter without catching anything that resembles the flu. Well, that would have been nice...I'm now on round two of this gastro-intestinal slump. It 's possible that Benb and I are playing a little game of toss. I could have spent the entire day in my nightie, knitting on the couch due to the extreme fatigue and weakness I was experiencing. I did get to spend a good portion of the morning in a daze of sorts, but then we got excited. We went to see a possible rental opportunity that is just perfect for our growing family. It's a small, energy efficient house, with a tree-embraced yard, and a sunny deck. We are crossing our fingers for everything to work. In the meantime, I get to dream...
The red blocks were completed last night (just as I began to feel the flu coming on). They really have a personality all their own-- different from the yellows. There is something about them that is very sweet and candy-like.
